ITINERARY
Day 1: Morning arrival, reception at the airport and transfer to hotel. In the afternoon we will take a Mendoza city tour. This excursion is going to show us the wonderful city of Mendoza, one of the most beautiful of the country. We are going to start by the Foundation area, developed around Pedro del Castillo square, were the first stone of the city was set. Then we are going to visit the Foundation area Museum. After that we will visit the modern part of the city, the Civic Center. We will take Emilio Civit Avenue, to arrive to the General San Martin Park, and there we will visit the top of the hill Cerro de la Gloria, a natural viewpoint of the area and the city. Finally we will find the Frank Romero Day Greek Theatre were we celebrate Vendimia, our most important wine party.
Optional: Dinner at wine bar.
Day 2: Breakfast. Full day wine experience tour: Early in the morning we will meet the oenologist will accompany us throughout the tour. We will depart to Mendoza’s agricultural oasis and visit two prestigious wineries, of wine’s circuit; we will visit its facilities and be able to participate in a guided wine tasting, during which we will begin to familiarize ourselves with the local’s wines, and its elaboration process.
Our guide will explain us the technique of wine tasting, wine production techniques, the importance of the cork in the bottle and the correct way to handle a glass in order to taste wine.
At noon we will have lunch in a recognized winery, where we will enjoy an unforgettable gastronomic experience. In the afternoon we will be able to visit other winery and enjoy a wine tasting session.
As the sun sets behind The Andes mountains, we will return to the hotel.
Optional: Dinner in Wine Bar or gourmet restaurant.

Lunches in wineries: Ruca Malen, Familia Zuccardi, Lagarde, Hacienda del Plata, Nieto Senetiner o Cava de Cano.

Day 3: Breakfast. Departure for the High Land to the American Sentinel tour: A traditional excursion throughout that starts in Mendoza city, going along the Mendoza River up to the border with Chile. 100 km from the city you can find the valle de Uspallata, setting of the native Huarpes. Historical bridge of the Picheuta River, then on to Polvaredas and Punta de Vacas, Ski resorts in Mendoza Los Penitentes. The rest of the year it is an excellent place to practice adventure sports. Then we will be able to admire the Bridge of Inca (2.720 Mts. above sea level), an ochre calcareous structure over Las Cuevas river, with thermal water springs. Mountaineers Cemetery, we continue to a natural viewpoint allows you appreciate the magnificent Aconcagua, finally Las Cuevas (3200 Mts.), a small village built following a European style. Day 4: After breakfast, hotel checkout and transfer to airport. End of our services
